Terms and Conditions
I confirm I own the rights to all of the material in the film, including any audio, submitted to the Super8x8.
All relevant talent and location release forms must be submitted with your film.
I am over 18 years of age at time of registration.
I agree to have my film screened at the competition screening event and to other digital formats including but not limited to the Super8x8 Film Challenge website, social media and future screening events.
I give permission for the film to be use in part or in full for promotional material by Super8x8.
Reversal film lab will process all Super 8mm films. Reversal processes all film using professional lab equipment and fresh chemistry. Scanning of Super 8mm film is done on a sprocketless scanner with no hard surfaces contact to the image area of the film. Every effort is made to process and scan your film to the highest possible standard and takes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Super8x8 holds the rights to cancel or postpone the challenge. In the case of cancellation, full refunds will be made.
All soundtracks must have full release forms supplied with film at hand-in.
Super8x8 holds the following license to all films and soundtracks submitted:

You are free to:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
Under the following terms:
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
